Do we need to know which service we want?
You can come to us with a situation that needs clarifying. The first conversation helps us understand the challenge, the people involved and what you want to change. The format comes next.
Can we work with you on training alone?
Yes. Focused training can address an identified need. We agree on the objectives, audience and format. If the challenge also depends on decisions or organisational ways of working, we make this explicit with the sponsor.
Do you design programmes for institutions?
Yes. Learning programme design is a dedicated part of our offer. The work can cover scoping, programme structure, materials, delivery planning and facilitation.
Who delivers the work?
Talantlers takes responsibility for the engagement. Contributors are identified in the proposal according to the need. When several partners are involved, their roles, project leadership and the contracting entity are clarified before work begins.
What timeframe and budget should we expect?
These depend on the scope, audience and deliverables. Once the work is scoped, our proposal sets out the stages, expected contributions and budget. You can also start with one of our existing programmes.
How do we assess the value of the work?
We agree on what can be observed: deliverables produced, learning, practices put into action or available indicators. Participant satisfaction and business impact are distinct levels of measurement.
