Our engagements start with a concrete challenge, a sponsor, a tailored approach and agreed deliverables. Depending on the need, we combine consulting, facilitation, training and coaching.
When an engagement calls for additional expertise, we can bring in partners from the WeAre collective. Each contributor’s role is agreed when scoping the work.

Romain TISNE.
An HEC Paris-certified coach, Romain founded Talantlers in 2018. He leads its consulting, coaching and learning design work.
His background in audit, compliance and human resources informs his understanding of expert functions, their constraints and their relationship with the business.
He contributes to the design and delivery of Talantlers’ engagements. He also hosts conversations on WeAre Le Podcast.
